The British Amusement Arcade Association (Bacta) has expressed its concern over what it describes as a "sombre" assessment of the apparent delays in implementing the recommendations of the 2023 white paper on gambling.

In response, Bacta has formed a "rapid response unit" to combat the opposition, which is being led by vice-president Joseph Cullis.
