Hong Kong officials have enlisted the aid of Interpol in tracking down a well-known cryptocurrency promoter, Wong Ching-kit, for his alleged involvement in several fraud and theft cases. He is currently wanted for fraud and theft in connection with a HK$3 million cryptocurrency scam being investigated by the Commercial Crime Bureau.

Following his rooftop antics, he was apprehended for disorderly conduct and later released on bail. Investors sued him in 2019 for misleading them about a File Cash Coin mining operation.
