A new crypto mining venture started by Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. is merging with Gryphon Digital Mining in a stock-for-stock transaction and plans to apply to list on the Nasdaq in the third quarter of 2025.

The Trump family's venture, American Bitcoin, is also being funded by data-center operator Hut 8, which will become the majority shareholder in the merged company.

The coin’s website promises a dinner with the president to the top 220 coin holders, and the top 25 get a private reception. The promotion caused $TRUMP to surge 50%.
