- Enabling 2FA on your OuYi account is a simple and straightforward process.
- Log in to your OuYi account.
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Under the "Two-Factor Authentication" section, click on "Enable SMS Verification."
- Enter your phone number and click on "Send Verification Code."
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone number.
- Click on "Enable" to complete the process.
- Download the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.
- Log in to your OuYi account.
- Click on the "Security" tab.

Is it mandatory to enable 2FA on OuYi?While it is not mandatory to enable 2FA on OuYi, it is highly recommended. Enabling 2FA significantly enhances the security of your account and protects your cryptocurrency from unauthorized access.
What should I do if I lose my 2FA device or access to my phone number? If you lose your 2FA device or access to your phone number, you will need to contact OuYi support to disable 2FA from your account. You may be asked to provide additional verification, such as a government-issued ID, to prove your identity.
