Who Owns KuCoin?

History of KuCoin
- 2017: KuCoin was founded in September by Johnny Lyu and a team of experienced blockchain professionals.

- 2019: KuCoin raised $20 million in Series A funding, led by IDG Capital and Matrix Partners.

Ownership Structure of KuCoin
