How to Trade UNUS SED LEO (LEO) Coins to Others
UNUS SED LEO (LEO) is a utility token issued by the cryptocurrency exchange Bitfinex. LEO can be used to pay for trading fees, margin funding, and other services on the Bitfinex platform. It can also be traded on other cryptocurrency exchanges.
In this article, we will show you how to trade LEO coins to others. We will cover the following steps:
- Create a Bitfinex account.
- Deposit LEO coins into your Bitfinex account.
- Place a trade order to sell LEO coins.
- Withdraw the proceeds of the sale from your Bitfinex account.
Step 1: Create a Bitfinex account
To create a Bitfinex account, visit the Bitfinex website and click on the "Sign Up" button. You will be asked to provide your email address, password, and country of residence. Once you have provided this information, click on the "Create Account" button.
You will then be asked to provide some additional information, such as your name, date of birth, and occupation. You will also need to verify your email address and phone number. Once you have completed this process, your Bitfinex account will be created.
Step 2: Deposit LEO coins into your Bitfinex account
Once you have created a Bitfinex account, you will need to deposit LEO coins into your account in order to trade them. To do this, click on the "Balances" tab at the top of the Bitfinex website. Then, click on the "Deposit" button next to the LEO wallet.
You will be given a list of deposit options. You can choose to deposit LEO coins from another cryptocurrency exchange, from a hardware wallet, or from a mobile wallet. Once you have selected a deposit option, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the deposit process.
Step 3: Place a trade order to sell LEO coins
Once you have LEO coins in your Bitfinex account, you can place a trade order to sell them. To do this, click on the "Exchange" tab at the top of the Bitfinex website. Then, select the LEO/USD trading pair.
You will be presented with a trading chart and a list of order types. Select an order type that meets your trading needs. Then, enter the amount of LEO coins that you want to sell and the price at which you want to sell them. Once you have entered this information, click on the "Sell LEO" button.
Your trade order will be placed on the Bitfinex order book. When another trader accepts your order, the trade will be executed and the LEO coins will be sold.
Step 4: Withdraw the proceeds of the sale from your Bitfinex account
Once the sale of your LEO coins has been executed, you can withdraw the proceeds from your Bitfinex account. To do this, click on the "Balances" tab at the top of the Bitfinex website. Then, click on the "Withdraw" button next to the USD wallet.
You will be given a list of withdrawal options. You can choose to withdraw USD from your Bitfinex account to a bank account, to a cryptocurrency exchange, or to a hardware wallet. Once you have selected a withdrawal option, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the withdrawal process.
