ONE Gas Inc. (NYSE: OGN) announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $38.00 per share and the total offering size of $95.0 million, before deducting underwriting commissions and other offering expenses. The offering was announced on January 9, 2024.
