Metaplanet’s Board of Directors approved the issuance of its 8th Series of Ordinary Bonds and the 14th to 17th Series of Stock Acquisition Rights, to be paid in installments over four times. A third-party allotment of 2 billion yen of the 8th Series Bonds to EVO FUND will be used for funding.

This approach is enabling Metaplanet to become one of the biggest corporate Bitcoin holders in Asia.
