Europe's first Bitcoin treasury firm, The Blockchain Group, is expanding its crypto holdings with a major convertible bond issuance this week to purchase Bitcoin.

Moonlight Capital has already subscribed to €5 million, with shares valued at €3.809 each. Meanwhile, Fulgur Ventures has committed €55.3 million, and UTXO Management added €3 million, both purchasing shares at €0.707 each.
