사찰에서 진행된 성대한 행사에는 100여 명의 슈퍼노인들이 숄과 사리, 은화를 들고 추수감사절을 보냈다.

Matunga’s Asthika Samaj temple honoured elderly devotees (aged above 80) on Sunday morning, celebrating their unwavering faith and lifelong commitment to the community.

Matunga의 Asthika Samaj 사원은 일요일 아침에 노인 신자(80세 이상)를 기리며 그들의 흔들리지 않는 신앙과 지역 사회에 대한 평생의 헌신을 축하했습니다.

In a grand function organised at the temple hall, over a hundred super senior citizens were felicitated with a shawl, saree, and a silver coin. A total of 166 devotees, 57 married couples along with 27 single men and 25 single women, were honoured.

사찰에서 진행된 성대한 행사에서는 100여 명의 슈퍼노인들이 숄과 사리, 은화를 들고 환호를 받았습니다. 기혼자 57쌍, 미혼 남성 27명, 미혼 여성 25명 등 총 166명의 신자가 영예를 얻었다.

The grand felicitation ceremony was carried out as a concluding event of the centenary celebrations of the temple. It was conducted by the temple committee, whose representatives threw light on the history of the Asthika Samaj and how it came into being while carrying out the ceremony.

사찰 창립 100주년을 마무리하는 행사로 성대한 축사가 거행됐다. 이 행사는 사원 위원회에서 진행되었으며, 대표자들은 의식을 거행하면서 Asthika Samaj의 역사와 그것이 어떻게 탄생하게 되었는지에 대해 조명했습니다.

"The Samaj was formed in 1923-24. It started with few people who came from Palakkad, Kerala to Matunga, Mumbai. They would come here after their office to recite Vishnu Sahasranamam with a Lord Rama picture in front of them... Now, we have completed 100 years," said one of the officials of the temple while addressing the people.

"사마즈는 1923~24년에 결성되었습니다. 케랄라의 팔라카드에서 뭄바이의 마퉁가로 온 소수의 사람들로 시작되었습니다. 그들은 사무실을 마친 후 이곳에 와서 라마 경의 그림을 앞에 두고 비슈누 사하스라나맘을 낭송하곤 했습니다... 이제 100년이 지났습니다.” 사찰 관계자 중 한 사람이 백성들에게 연설하면서 말했다.

He noted that the temple has been known for spreading the concept of 'Sampradaya Bhajan'. He proudly said that this culture from South India was introduced in Mumbai first by the Asthika Samaj.

그는 이 사원이 '삼프라다야 바잔(Sampradaya Bhajan)' 개념을 전파한 것으로 알려져 있다고 언급했습니다. 그는 남인도의 이 문화가 Asthika Samaj에 의해 처음으로 뭄바이에 소개되었다고 자랑스럽게 말했습니다.

The event started with shloka recitation dedicated to Lord Murugan and Lord Rama, followed by the chanting of Vedic hymns by temple pandits.

행사는 무루간 경과 라마 경에게 바치는 슬로카 낭송으로 시작되었으며, 이어 사원의 판디들이 베다 찬송가를 낭송했습니다.

Soon, each devotee, who mostly gathered there with their family members, received the honour. They were felicitated with a memento and temple prasadam along with a shawl and silk saree for men and women, respectively. A silver coin was also presented to each devotee by the temple dignitaries, Sunder Ramakrishnan, Parameshwar Iyer and others.

곧 가족들과 함께 모인 신자들 각자가 영예를 받았다. 그들은 남성과 여성을 위한 숄과 실크 사리와 함께 기념품과 사원 프라사담을 선물로 받았습니다. 또한 사원 고위 관리인 Sunder Ramakrishnan, Parameshwar Iyer 등이 각 신자에게 은화를 선물했습니다.

Viswanathan KA, a devotee and local resident, stated that earlier to the event, the committee members personally visited the houses of every senior person and extended an invite for the grand celebration.

신도이자 지역 주민인 Viswanathan KA는 행사에 앞서 위원회 위원들이 모든 노인들의 집을 직접 방문하고 성대한 축하 행사에 초대했다고 말했습니다.
