Circle Internet Financial, the company responsible for the widely-used stablecoin USD Coin (USDC), has initiated the process of relocating its legal base from Ireland to the United States in anticipation of its planned initial public offering (IPO).

Furthermore, Circle emphasized that none of these funds originated from the company itself.
