Bitcoin price crossed the $100,000 milestone on Wednesday, hitting a new all-time high at $104,088 on December 5. As BTC price rallied to a new high, traders shifted their focus to altcoins, seeking higher returns.

Technical indicators support a thesis of gain in HYPE price.
