Kick off your July 4th with the Firecracker 5k! It is from 7:45am-10am. Prizes for the top finishers. Proceeds go to Pleasant Hill schools! After you've worked up an appetite, head downtown for the main event: the Pleasant Hill Parade! Presented by the Pleasant Hill Coin & Jewelry Exchange, this is a local favorite. The parade starts at 9:30am-10:30am in Downtown Pleasant Hill!

Party in the Park: Keep the Celebration Going

The fun doesn't stop after the parade! Head over to Pleasant Hill Park from 10:30am-1:30pm for live music by Inner State 80's, Back 40 Texas BBQ, Kettle Corn, and fun games.

Fireworks Viewing Party: End the Day with a Sparkle

As evening approaches, make your way to College Park High School for the Fireworks Viewing Party from 6:30pm-8:45pm! Enjoy food trucks, music, and of course, a spectacular fireworks show. A suggested donation of $4 helps support the event.

A Look Back: Damboree Independence Day Festivities

While we're focused on the current year, it's worth noting that Pleasant Hill has a history of vibrant Independence Day celebrations. Even back in 2025, the city was gearing up for Damboree events, including a parade. This shows that Pleasant Hill has been a July 4th destination for a while! Parade applications were due June 20, 2025, with a $15 entry fee.
