Nearly two years after getting breast implants, Sami, 21, revealed that she's been struggling with severe health issues. Diagnosed with Breast Implant Illness (BII), she's now focused on getting the implants removed as soon as possible. "i’ve been experiencing health issues for nearly 2 years now with the weirdest symptoms and finally discovered that i have breast implant illness," she shared on Instagram.
Battling Breast Implant Illness
Sami listed a series of debilitating symptoms, including chronic fatigue, temperature sensitivity, hair loss, acne, headaches, memory loss, brain fog, vertigo, joint and muscle pain, mood swings, dry eyes, skin rashes, severe anxiety, and allergic reactions. It's a long and daunting list, underscoring the seriousness of BII.
The Emotional Toll
While eager to alleviate her physical symptoms, Sami acknowledged the emotional challenges of reversing her earlier cosmetic decision. She posted a throwback photo pre-augmentation, admitting, "it’s definitely gonna be hard going back to this size. not only physically, but mentally." However, she remains resolute in her decision, emphasizing that her health is the priority.
