Bitcoin (BTC) Post-Halving Analysis: A Natural Phase
Jun 24, 2024 at 03:09 pm
Many see Bitcoin's post-halving consolidation as a normal phase. With a 13% decline from highs and 15 weeks of consolidation, this period of low volatility is typical after significant price moves.

Crypto expert Rekt Fencer is staying positive amid the doom and gloom predicted by many crypto analysts. In his latest analysis, the analyst argues that the market is setting up for something big despite the recent dull price action. According to Fencer, patience and a long-term view could be crucial for investors at this stage.
Highlighting BTC’s post-halving consolidation, many view this phase as normal. With a 13% decline from highs and 15 weeks of consolidation, this period of low volatility is typically observed after significant price moves. Rekt Fencer argues that this phase, although frustrating, is essential and mirrors past cycles in 2017 and 2021. Historically, the accumulation stage lasted 4-5 months before a parabolic move.
The analyst goes on to present several key indicators that support his bullish outlook:
– Macro bottom is in.
– BTC halving hype is dying down.
– Post-halving consolidation is occurring.
– Accumulation phase is setting up.
– Anticipation for an upcoming breakout.
Rekt Fencer also touches on the upcoming political events and regulatory changes that could act as bullish catalysts for crypto’s future growth. These include:
– US midterms in November.
– Potential legalization of marijuana at the federal level.
– Approval of crypto ETFs and other financial instruments.
For altcoin enthusiasts, Rekt Fencer advises against selling now. He observes that BTC dominance has been stable, but a decline could signal the start of altseason. The launch of an ETH ETF, possibly as early as July, and the upcoming SOL ETF could further illuminate altcoin trends.
Despite the current market sentiment leading many to believe the bull run is over, the combination of indicators, upcoming political events, and potential regulatory changes presents a strong case for continued investment in Bitcoin and altcoins.
