Why can't I see my tokens in Trezor Suite on my Trezor Model T?
Trezor Suite may not display all tokens by default—ensure correct network selection, sync your wallet, and manually add custom ERC-20 or BEP-20 tokens using their contract address.

Understanding Token Visibility in Trezor Suite
1. Trezor Suite supports a wide range of cryptocurrencies, but not every token is automatically displayed. The visibility of tokens depends on several factors including network compatibility, wallet configuration, and whether the token has been manually added to your account view.
2. The Trezor Model T uses a deterministic wallet structure, meaning all addresses are derived from your seed phrase. While this ensures security, it also means that only tokens associated with supported networks will appear by default.
3. Some tokens, especially those on EVM-compatible chains like Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain, may require manual addition if they aren’t part of the default watchlist. This is particularly true for lesser-known ERC-20 or BEP-20 tokens.
4. Network synchronization delays can temporarily prevent token balances from appearing. Trezor Suite relies on backend servers to fetch balance data, and interruptions in connectivity or server-side issues may delay updates.
5. If you recently received tokens, there might be a lag before they are reflected in the interface. Confirming the transaction status on a blockchain explorer can help determine whether the issue lies with the transfer itself or the display within Trezor Suite.
Ensure Correct Network and Account Selection
1. Open Trezor Suite and verify that you are viewing the correct cryptocurrency account. For example, if your tokens are on Ethereum, make sure you have selected the Ethereum account rather than Bitcoin or another chain.
2. Navigate to the 'Accounts' section and check whether multiple accounts exist under the same coin. Users sometimes send tokens to an unused account index, which may not be immediately visible without scrolling through available instances.
3. If you're dealing with tokens on a specific network such as Polygon or Avalanche, ensure that the respective network is enabled in your device settings and visible within Trezor Suite. These networks must be explicitly activated during setup or via the settings menu.
4. Misconfigured network parameters can prevent accurate balance reporting. Although Trezor handles most configurations automatically, third-party integrations or custom RPC setups may interfere with standard operations.
5. Reconnect your Trezor Model T, restart Trezor Suite, and refresh the page if using the web version. A fresh session often resolves temporary UI glitches that hide token balances.
Adding Custom Tokens Manually
1. In Trezor Suite, go to the Ethereum (or relevant EVM-based) account where the token should appear. Click on the “Tokens” tab located beneath the main balance display.
2. Select “Add token” and enter the token contract address. You can find this information on official project websites or trusted blockchain explorers like Etherscan. Entering an incorrect address could result in misleading balance displays or security risks.
3. Once the contract address is entered, Trezor Suite will fetch the token symbol and decimal precision automatically. Confirm these details match the official specifications before proceeding.
4. After adding the token, it will appear in your portfolio under the respective account. Note that even after successful addition, it may take a few moments for the balance to sync, especially if the network is congested.
5. Keep in mind that Trezor does not support all tokens due to technical or security limitations. If a token fails to appear despite correct input, it may not be compatible with the firmware or backend infrastructure.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don’t my newly received ERC-20 tokens show up in Trezor Suite?ERC-20 tokens require the parent Ethereum account to be active and synchronized. If the tokens were sent directly to your address without any ETH for gas fees, the balance may not register properly until a transaction originates from that account. Additionally, you may need to manually add the token using its contract address.
Can I see Solana-based tokens in Trezor Suite?Trezor Suite currently does not support Solana or its associated tokens. The Trezor Model T supports a defined list of blockchains, and Solana is not among them. Attempting to access Solana tokens through Trezor will not yield visible balances regardless of correct address usage.
What should I do if a token disappears after a firmware update? After a firmware update, certain custom tokens may need to be re-added. Check the token list under the relevant account and use the “Add token” function again if necessary. Ensure your Trezor Suite application is also updated to the latest version for full compatibility.
Does Trezor support NFTs?Trezor Model T can store NFTs on supported networks like Ethereum, but Trezor Suite does not display NFTs in its interface. To view NFT holdings, users must rely on external wallets or blockchain explorers that support NFT tracking.
