How to Send Ethereum to Atomic Wallet
Atomic Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that supports over 300 cryptocurrencies, including Ethereum (ETH). Here's a step-by-step guide on sending Ethereum to your Atomic Wallet:
Step 1: Obtain Recipient Address
- Open your Atomic Wallet and click on the "Ethereum" icon in the main dashboard.
- Click on the "Receive" button.
- Your Ethereum address will be displayed. Copy it or scan the QR code to share it with the sender.
Step 2: Initiate Transfer
- Ask the sender to start the transfer from their Ethereum wallet or exchange.
- They should enter your Ethereum address as the recipient address in their transaction window.
Step 3: Specify Amount
- The sender should enter the amount of ETH they wish to send.
- Double-check the amount to ensure accuracy.
Step 4: Set Gas Fee
- The sender will need to set a gas fee, which is a small amount of ETH paid to the miners who process and validate the transaction.
- The gas fee varies depending on network traffic and the urgency of the transfer.
Step 5: Inititate Transfer
- The sender should click on the "Send" or "Confirm" button to initiate the transfer.
Step 6: Monitor Transaction
- The transfer will be displayed in the "Transactions" tab of the sender's wallet.
- You can monitor the status of the transaction on a blockchain explorer, such as Etherscan.
Step 7: Receive Ethereum
- Once the transfer is confirmed by the network, the ETH will be added to your Atomic Wallet balance.
- You can check the balance by refreshing the "Ethereum" page in your Atomic Wallet.
Note:
- The processing time for Ethereum transactions typically ranges from a few minutes to an hour, depending on network conditions.
- Atomic Wallet does not charge any fees for receiving Ethereum. However, the sender may incur gas fees for the transfer.
