Troubleshooting Electrum Wallet Connection Issues

Step 1: Check Internet Connectivity

Step 2: Verify Server Status

  • Go to the Electrum website: https://electrum.org
  • Check the Server Status page for any reported outages or maintenance.

Step 3: Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings

  • Temporarily disable your firewall and antivirus software to see if they are blocking Electrum's connection.
  • If the connection issues resolve, re-enable your security software and adjust the settings to allow Electrum access.

Step 4: Update Electrum

  • Download the latest version of Electrum from the official website.

Step 5: Delete and Reset Electrum
