1. Issuance Price

FXS, the native token of the Frax Finance platform, was first sold through a public sale on June 11, 2021. The issuance price was $20.25 per FXS token.

2. Total Issuance

The total maximum supply of FXS coins is 100,000,000. This is the maximum number of FXS coins that can ever be created.

3. Vesting Schedule

A significant portion of the FXS supply is subject to a vesting schedule. This means that these tokens are released gradually over time, rather than being released all at once. The vesting schedule for FXS is as follows:

Team and Advisors: 6 month cliff, then 24 month linear vesting.
Community: 6 months cliff, then linear vesting over the next 30 months.
Liquidity Providers: No vesting.
Strategic Partners: 12 months cliff, then linear vesting over the next 24 months.
