Unlocking Your Dubai OKX Account

If your OKX account has been blocked in Dubai, you can follow the steps below to provide the necessary information and unblock your account.

1. Contact OKX Support

• Click on "Submit a Request."
• Select "Account Security" from the "Category" dropdown menu.
• Choose "Account Locked" from the "Subcategory" dropdown menu.

2. Fill out the Account Unlocking Request Form

• In the "Subject" field, write "Account Unlocking Request for Dubai."

• In the "Description" field, provide the following information:

  • Your full name as it appears on your OKX account.
  • Your OKX user ID or registered email address.
  • Your phone number.
  • A copy of your passport or Emirates ID.
  • A selfie of you holding your passport or Emirates ID.
  • A screenshot of your order history from a regulated exchange, such as Binance or Coinbase, showing your crypto transactions.

3. Submit Your Request

• Attach the required documents and selfie to your request.
• Click "Submit."

4. Account Review

• The OKX team will review your request and verify the information provided.
• This process can take up to 5 business days.

5. Account Unlocking

• If your request is approved, your OKX account will be unblocked. You will receive an email notification from OKX.
• You will need to reset your password to access your account.
