How to Change Real-Name Authentication on Dubai OKX

1. Log in to Your OKX Account

Visit the OKX website and log in to your account using your registered email address or mobile number.

2. Go to Security Settings

Once logged in, hover over your profile picture in the top-right corner and select "Security Settings."

3. Click on "Real-Name Authentication"

Under the "Account Security" section, find the "Real-Name Authentication" option and click on it.

4. Enter Your Emirates ID

In the "Emirates ID Number" field, enter your valid Emirates ID number. Ensure you accurately enter all the digits without spaces.

5. Upload an Emirates ID Copy

Click on the "Upload Emirates ID Image" button and upload a clear, high-resolution copy of both sides of your Emirates ID.

6. Complete the Address Verification

You will be required to provide your residential address. Enter the following information:

• Registered Address: Your current address in the UAE
• Postal Code: The specific postal code for your address

7. Submit Your Information

Once all the required information is filled in, double-check its accuracy and click on the "Submit" button.

8. Verification Process

OKX will process your real-name authentication request and verify your Emirates ID and address. This process usually takes within 24 hours.

9. Receive Approval Confirmation

After successful verification, you will receive an email or SMS notification confirming that your real-name authentication has been updated.
