3. Distribution of Initial Issuance

The initial issuance of ICP coins was distributed as follows:

Seed Funding (15%): 70,382,056 ICP (locked for one year)
Strategic Partners (25%): 117,303,428 ICP (locked for six months)
Public Sale (60%): 281,528,226 ICP (unlocked at TGE)

4. Vesting and Lock-Up Periods

Seed Funding: Tokens unlocked after one year from TGE
Strategic Partners: Tokens unlocked after six months from TGE in equal tranches over six months
