Mina 基金会和 Mirae Asset Securities 联手开发证券型代币发行集成平台

米娜基金会于 6 月 21 日宣布，已与韩国领先的经纪公司 Mirae Asset Securities 签署了谅解备忘录。

Mina Foundation, the organization behind the Mina Protocol zero-knowledge blockchain, has announced a partnership with Mirae Asset Securities, a leading brokerage house in South Korea and an affiliate of Mirae Asset Financial Group.

Mina 协议零知识区块链背后的组织 Mina 基金会宣布与韩国领先的经纪公司、未来资产金融集团的附属公司未来资产证券 (Mirae Asset Securities) 建立合作伙伴关系。

The partnership will see the two companies work together to integrate a security token offering (STO) platform into the Mina Protocol.

通过此次合作，两家公司将共同努力将证券型代币发行 (STO) 平台整合到 Mina 协议中。

According to Mina Foundation, the partnership aims to address the concerns of traditional investors who desire greater privacy in their transactions while utilizing blockchain technology, which inherently emphasizes transparency.

据米娜基金会称，此次合作旨在解决传统投资者的担忧，他们希望在利用本质上强调透明度的区块链技术的同时，在交易中获得更大的隐私。

The agreement was signed in Seoul by David Park, Director of Mina Foundation, and Ryu Ji-hae, Director of Mirae Asset Securities.

该协议由 Mina 基金会董事 David Park 和 Mirae Asset Securities 董事 Ryu Ji-hae 在首尔签署。

"At Mina Foundation, we are dedicated to advancing privacy and making blockchain transactions even more secure," said Director Park.

The integration of STOs on the Mina Protocol is expected to open up new possibilities for seamless and private tokenization of various assets, including real estate, commodities, and funds, as highlighted by Mina Foundation.
