미나재단과 미래에셋증권, 증권형토큰공개 통합 플랫폼 개발 위해 협력

미나재단은 국내 1위 증권사인 미래에셋증권과 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 21일 밝혔다.

Mina Foundation, the organization behind the Mina Protocol zero-knowledge blockchain, has announced a partnership with Mirae Asset Securities, a leading brokerage house in South Korea and an affiliate of Mirae Asset Financial Group.

미나프로토콜 영지식 블록체인을 운영하는 조직인 미나재단이 미래에셋금융그룹 계열사이자 한국 최고의 증권사인 미래에셋증권과 파트너십을 발표했습니다.

The partnership will see the two companies work together to integrate a security token offering (STO) platform into the Mina Protocol.

이번 파트너십을 통해 두 회사는 보안 토큰 제공(STO) 플랫폼을 미나 프로토콜에 통합하기 위해 협력하게 될 것입니다.

According to Mina Foundation, the partnership aims to address the concerns of traditional investors who desire greater privacy in their transactions while utilizing blockchain technology, which inherently emphasizes transparency.

Mina 재단에 따르면, 이번 파트너십은 본질적으로 투명성을 강조하는 블록체인 기술을 활용하면서 거래에서 더 큰 프라이버시를 원하는 전통적인 투자자들의 우려를 해결하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

The agreement was signed in Seoul by David Park, Director of Mina Foundation, and Ryu Ji-hae, Director of Mirae Asset Securities.

이번 협약은 데이비드 박 미나재단 이사와 류지혜 미래에셋증권 이사가 서울에서 체결했다.

"At Mina Foundation, we are dedicated to advancing privacy and making blockchain transactions even more secure," said Director Park.

박 이사는 “미나재단은 개인정보 보호를 강화하고 블록체인 거래를 더욱 안전하게 만드는 데 최선을 다하고 있다”고 말했다.

"Our MoU with Mirae Asset is a testament to this commitment. We aim to expand the accessibility of zero-knowledge proofs through this collaboration, ultimately empowering users to demonstrate ownership of their assets without disclosing any additional sensitive or personal information."

"미래에셋과의 MOU는 이러한 약속에 대한 증거입니다. 우리는 이번 협력을 통해 영지식 증명의 접근성을 확대하여 궁극적으로 사용자가 민감한 개인 정보를 추가로 공개하지 않고도 자산의 소유권을 입증할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목표로 합니다."

The integration of STOs on the Mina Protocol is expected to open up new possibilities for seamless and private tokenization of various assets, including real estate, commodities, and funds, as highlighted by Mina Foundation.

미나 프로토콜에 STO를 통합하면 미나 재단이 강조한 것처럼 부동산, 상품, 펀드를 포함한 다양한 자산의 원활하고 프라이빗한 토큰화를 위한 새로운 가능성이 열릴 것으로 예상됩니다.

The foundation also expressed optimism that this development would lead to broader adoption of zero-knowledge technology among financial institutions, enabling them to offer innovative and privacy-centric financial products and services to their clients.

재단은 또한 이러한 개발로 인해 금융 기관에서 영지식 기술이 더욱 광범위하게 채택되어 혁신적이고 개인 정보 보호 중심의 금융 상품과 서비스를 고객에게 제공할 수 있게 될 것이라는 낙관론을 표명했습니다.
