These can now be donated through Coinbase Commerce, a service that allows merchants to accept multiple cryptocurrencies directly into a user-controlled wallet.

However, the scope and variety of cryptocurrencies now accepted by the Trump campaign set a new precedent in terms of the breadth of digital assets involved.
