According to Katie Stockton, founder of Fairlead Strategies, Bitcoin is facing a double threat due to its breach of a key technical support level ($61,100 to $62,200) and the potential issuance of a technical sell signal. Stockton noted that a breakdown below the daily "cloud," a technical indicator used to determine support and resistance levels, would constitute an "intermediate-term bearish development" for Bitcoin, accompanied by a "weekly MACD 'sell' signal."

Stockton further observed that Bitcoin has lost momentum near its 50-day moving average of approximately $66,900, which served as a formidable technical resistance.
