Bloomberg Intelligence ETF analyst James Seyffart framed the delay as routine rather than restrictive. “DELAYS on Ether ETF staking for Bitwise and on Grayscale’s XRP ETF filing. More likely to be in early 4Q,” Seyffart writes.
