Haliey Welch, or as many know her, Hawk Tuah girl, has explained that she’s in the middle of ‘rebranding’ after her cryptocurrency controversy last year.

The 22-year-old has been on a wild ride since she went viral for her NSFW ‘Hawk Tuah’ clip, which was later used as a meme.

After she was suddenly hit with fame, she soon decided to use this to start her social media career.

It was in December of last year that Welch launched her $HAWK memecoin, however, it rapidly crashed in value, as per Crypto Times.

In 2024, an investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission was launched following the rapid rise and decline of Welch's memecoin.
