Aug 03, 2024 at 02:11 am
Given the recent Ton blockchain growth spurt, investors have tried different Ton wallets to use on the network. A good crypto wallet preserves privacy

As the Ton blockchain continues to gain traction, users will need safe wallets to store funds. Here are the top Ton wallets to use if you are thinking of exploring the ecosystem.
1. Ton Wallets to Use – Ton Keeper
Ton Keeper is one of the most popular TON wallets in the ecosystem. You can receive TON and Ton-based tokens with Ton Keeper, also known as jettons. Ton Keeper also allows users to pay for goods and services right from the wallet. Additionally, users can swap jettons right inside the wallet as it has access to top decentralized exchanges (DEXs) on the Ton chain. Ton Keeper wallet is non-custodial, meaning users are the only ones who can access their wallets. The project recently launched a new wallet standard called W5, which will allow gasless transactions.
2. Trust Wallet
Trust wallet is one the leading crypto wallets in the blockchain space, aside from Metamask. The team’s endeavor to support all blockchains has catapulted the wallet to the top of the industry and is now the most recommended wallet for crypto neophytes. With the rise of the Telegram mini-apps, Trust Wallet partnered with The Open Network to allow over 10 million users to gain access to the TON coin.

The Wallet in Telegram is a revolutionary crypto storage idea. Using the Telegram Wallet, users can Buy and sell cryptocurrency, exchange, and transfer with zero fees within Telegram.
Wallet automatically supports all legitimate dApps that launch on the Ton blockchain. The wallet also has a P2P feature, where users can buy and sell jettons directly on Telegram, and it supports over 290 payment methods.
To set up your Wallet in Telegram, visit the official website and click the “Open Wallet” button. It will launch a Telegram bot where you can set up and manage your wallet.
4. My Ton Wallet
My Ton Wallet markets itself as an independent, powerful, open-source, feature-rich and security-oriented wallet for the Ton ecosystem. The wallet is available as a browser extension, mobile app and even Windows desktop application.
My Ton Wallet is self-custodial, and developers cannot access your funds or private information. It supports multiple jettons, NFTs, and wallet addresses. Even though Ton is their home network, the wallet will soon expand to other blockchains.
5. OpenMask
OpenMask is a browser extension, non-custodial crypto wallet, and gateway to blockchain dApps for The Open Network. The wallet has partnered with several other dApps in the Ton ecosystem, including StealthEX, a decentralized exchange, and ChangeHerom, a Telegram-based crypto exchange.
From the Telegram and Ton network partnership, the latter aims to onboard at least 30% of active Telegram users within the next 3-5 years. Projects like Hamster Kombat and Notcoin are helping to achieve this dream. The OpenMask wallet also makes it possible for this dream to be achieved. The wallet has not yet created a mobile app. The browser extension version can integrate Ledger hardware, create multiple addresses, and allow easy management of Jettons and NFTs. It is also best for accessing TON testnets. For those familiar with the blockchain, OpenMask has a similar interface to Metamask.
