The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has requested spot Solana ETF applicants to submit updated S-1 filings, a key regulatory milestone signalling imminent approval, likely in early July itself.

Bloomberg ETF analysts Eric Balchunas and James Seyffart have also said that an Altcoin ETF Summer is on the cards, with Solana leading the way. As per their latest Bloomberg Terminal post, they are giving spot Solana ETFs 90% approval odds.

The analysts reveal that the SEC could be quick to approve staking ETF filings, which includes Rex Osprey’s Sol + Staking ETF (SSK).

The SEC’s green light would confirm the highly bullish Solana price predictions given by prominent analysts.

SOL is currently trading within a descending parallel channel and is on the cusp of a major breakout. In particular, a breach of the $185 resistance and its 200-day Simple Moving Average would pave the way for an explosive rally.

Prominent analyst Ali Martinez is significantly more bullish in the long run. He reveals that a breakout above the $200 resistance would confirm a cup and handle pattern, paving the way for a 5x to 10x bull run.
