In a recent YouTube Short, Jeremie suggested that XRP could surge to $24 by the year 2025, marking a staggering increase of about 972% from its current trading price of around $2.21.

If XRP were to reach this target, its total market capitalization would skyrocket to approximately $1.4 trillion, assuming the token's circulating supply remains at roughly 58.44 billion coins.

U.S. Government Engagement Cited as Key Driver

Jeremie attributed his outlook to increasing signals of support for XRP from officials in the United States. He believes that federal-level recognition and regulatory developments could play a pivotal role in influencing the asset's future price.

One instance he mentioned is the inclusion of XRP in discussions concerning a potential U.S. cryptocurrency reserve. Additionally, Jeremie highlighted the ongoing negotiations between Ripple Labs and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to resolve their longstanding legal dispute. These factors, he argued, could foster greater investor confidence and strengthen XRP's position in the digital asset domain.

"I think it could get to $24 if they put it in the reserve currency and if they start talking about it on the news. If Biden starts talking about XRP in his campaign, it could get to $24 in 2025," stated Jeremie.

However, he cautioned viewers not to interpret the forecast as a certainty. He described the $24 price point as a strong possibility rather than a guaranteed outcome and encouraged investors to manage their exposure to XRP with caution.

"Don't quote me on that. But I think it's possible. But I wouldn't recommend holding it. I recommend holding Bitcoin," he added.

Jeremie's estimate aligns with earlier projections from other crypto commentators. Popular analyst EGRAG has also forecasted that XRP could surpass $24, even suggesting the potential for much higher targets such as $110. However, EGRAG did not provide a specific timeline for this scenario.

Meanwhile, crypto platform Changelly offered a more conservative timeframe, suggesting XRP could reach $24 by February 2031, six years later than Jeremie's forecast. Their analysis reflects a broader market sentiment that, while bullish on XRP's long-term value, remains cautious about near-term explosive growth.
