Born in Inkster, Michigan, in 1947, William Warren Kindl, or Bill as he was known to many, led a life marked by service and dedication. After graduating from Michigan State University, he served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1970 to 1974, demonstrating his commitment to his country.
A Career in Finance
Following his military service, Bill embarked on a successful career as a financial advisor with Principal Financial, where he worked for many years before retiring in 2015. His expertise and guidance helped numerous individuals and families secure their financial futures. Bill's time as a financial advisor allowed him to guide many families toward financial security, leaving behind a legacy of stewardship.
Beyond the Office: Hobbies and Interests
Outside of his professional life, Bill had a passion for coin collecting, history, and classic cars. He was particularly fascinated by Abraham Lincoln. Along with his wife, Elaine, he cherished trips to Falmouth, Cape Cod, with family and friends.
Family and Remembrance
Bill is survived by his wife of 54 years, Elaine, his daughter Sarah, his son Adam, and four grandsons. His legacy will live on through them and the many lives he touched. Services will be held on November 22nd at Grace Covenant EPC in Exton, PA, with interment being private.
A Final Thought
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to Bill's heart. It seems like Bill had a pretty good run. Coast Guard, financial advisor, coin collector...the man had range! Here's hoping he's cruising around in a classic car in the great beyond.
