The Zoom interview was supposed to take place at 11 a.m. Eastern on Wednesday, but as the minutes ticked by and the interview did not commence, it became clear that it would not be happening. Despite multiple attempts to contact the Zoom host, there was no response.
Despite the interview not taking place, I wanted to share my thoughts on the Zoom interview format, having conducted several in the past year. I find them to be an excellent way to connect with people from all over the world in a casual and relaxed setting.
However, I prefer to use them for short interviews, as I find that they can become a little draining after a while. For longer interviews, I think it’s best to switch to another platform or format.
Overall, I enjoy Zoom interviews for their convenience and efficiency, especially in today’s fast-paced world. They allow us to stay connected and engaged with each other in new and interesting ways.
In addition to the interview, I was also planning to share some reflections on a recent conversation I had with a friend about the concept of "enough." We touched upon the idea of balance in striving for goals while still cherishing the present moment and finding joy in the simple things.
I believe that it’s important to have big dreams and aspirations, but it’s equally crucial to appreciate the small victories and find happiness in the journey itself. We should never lose sight of the beauty that surrounds us every day, whether it’s a sunny morning, a good cup of coffee, or a moment of laughter with loved ones.
Ultimately, it’s about living a life that is both meaningful and fulfilling, and finding that perfect equilibrium between ambition and contentment.
I hope to continue sharing my thoughts and experiences through this blog, and I’m always open to feedback and suggestions. Thank you for reading!
