A recent poll on the Reddit Mt. Gox forum has shown that the majority of creditors plan to keep their Bitcoin once compensation is received. Of the 467 participants in the Reddit poll, a clear preference for holding Bitcoin emerged. 55% of voters (260 people) indicated they would not sell their Bitcoin after receiving compensation. In contrast, only 18% (88 people) opted to sell all their Bitcoin.
An additional 15% (68 people) plan to sell 1% to 25% of their Bitcoin, while 6% (26 people) intend to sell 25% to 50%. This diverse range of strategies suggests varying levels of optimism and risk tolerance among creditors.
