Kiran Khawaja, CEO of Fajar Realty, was a recent winner at the International Deluxe Beauty Awards last week.

The award was for Real Estate Fashionista, honouring Khawaja’s ability to effortlessly fuse together fashion and real estate to create a unique brand identity.

This recognition follows a period of remarkable success for Khawaja and her agency. She was also recognised as a TruBroker on Bayut, one of the largest property portals in the UAE. Fajar was ranked no 2 on Damac Lagoons and no 3 on Damac Hills 2.

Highlighting an outstanding year that began with recognition in Pakistan, Khawaja was named among the ‘Asia Business Outlook Top 10 Most Promising Global Leaders from Pakistan 2023’. She also claimed the much-coveted ‘Being Her Excellence Best Real Estate Broker 2023’ honour.

This year has seen both Khawaja and Fajar Realty collect a varied and impressive selection of awards and recognition. Fajar Realty secured notable honours such as the ‘DAMAC Top Performing Agency’, ‘Azizi Agents Award Gala 2023’, and the ‘Emaar Token of Appreciation Award’. They were also given the Mena Leadership Award for 2023, in addition to many more accolades.
