Robert Kiyosaki, the author of “Rich Dad Poor Dad”, has boldly predicted that Bitcoin could soar to $180,000 this year, with a possibility of even crossing $200,000.
Robert Kiyosaki, the author of "Rich Dad Poor Dad", is known for his bold predictions and isn't afraid to share them with his large following. Recently, the financial expert shared his optimism about Bitcoin.
"BITCOIN is $84k today. Strongly believe Bitcoin will reach $180k to $200k in 2025. What do you think?" Kiyosaki asked his followers on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The financial expert's prediction comes as the cryptocurrency fell below $80,000 earlier this year. Currently, Bitcoin is at $87,235, which is significantly lower than the highest value of $108,786 recorded in January.
Kiyosaki, who is a fierce critic of the U.S. monetary system, has long advocated for investments in Bitcoin and precious metals like gold and silver. He considers these assets to be safer havens in the face of what he calls an impending financial crisis.
According to Kiyosaki, the U.S. dollar is being "wiped out" as the U.S. Dollar Index (DXY) continues to decline. He has consistently argued that those who hold Bitcoin and precious metals will be better positioned to weather what he calls a "premeditated disaster."
Earlier this year, Kiyosaki shared his intention to buy more Bitcoin after the U.S. government moved towards establishing a strategic reserve with the leading cryptocurrency.
With his ongoing support for Bitcoin and pessimistic outlook on the U.S. economy and financial system, Kiyosaki's bullish outlook on the digital asset and pessimistic view on the U.S. dollar add further excitement to the digital asset's future.
