In an exclusive interview with The Associated Press, Sweet outlined her unwavering belief in the power of grace, the importance of business imperatives, and the arduous journey towards creating an inclusive workplace.

"We encounter many individuals who desire to be allies but lack the confidence to engage effectively," Sweet explained. "They fear causing offense or harm. I understand this hesitation. The key lies in extending grace during this transformative process."

"We can choose to educate those who inadvertently offend. They, in turn, have the option of receiving and embracing that guidance.
