  The explanation in this video clip is a very weak attempt from White House Crypto Czar David Sacks to explain the Bitcoin Strategic Reserve news from last night. This past weekend Trump explicitly stated $XRP would be included in a "Crypto Strategic Reserve". Now Sacks claims JUST IN: David Sacks stated that $ADA, $SOL, and $XRP were mentioned by Trump solely because they are among the top cryptocurrencies by market capitalization.
