How to Receive ETH in SafePal Wallet? How to Find Your Ethereum Address?
在SafePal中查看以太坊地址:打开App或插件→点击ETH资产→选“接收”→即可看到以0x开头的42位主网地址,务必确认网络为Ethereum Mainnet。(155字)

Accessing Your Ethereum Address in SafePal
1. Launch the SafePal mobile app or browser extension and unlock your wallet using your password or biometric authentication.
2. Navigate to the Ethereum (ETH) asset tile on the main wallet dashboard. If ETH is not visible, tap the “+ Add Token” button and search for Ethereum to add it manually.
3. Tap on the ETH balance to open the asset details page. There, locate and select the “Receive” option — this action triggers the display of your Ethereum address.
4. A QR code appears alongside a 42-character hexadecimal string beginning with “0x”. This string is your Ethereum public address, valid across all EVM-compatible networks where ETH is native or bridged.
5. Confirm that the network displayed above the address reads “Ethereum Mainnet”. Do not use this same address for deposits on non-Ethereum chains unless explicitly supported and verified within SafePal’s network selector.
Verifying Network Compatibility Before Receiving
1. Prior to sharing your address, ensure the sender selects the correct blockchain. SafePal supports ETH on Ethereum Mainnet only for native transfers — not on Arbitrum, Optimism, or Polygon unless wrapped tokens are intended.
2. If you intend to receive ETH on Arbitrum One, you must first bridge ETH from Ethereum Mainnet using SafePal’s built-in Bridge function — the receiving address remains identical, but the chain context changes.
3. Check the top-right corner of the Receive screen: a dropdown displays the active network. Tap it to switch if needed, but note that changing the network alters which ledger validates the incoming transaction.
4. Never share an address derived from a testnet or a custom RPC configuration unless both parties coordinate off-chain verification of contract deployment and token standards.
5. SafePal does not auto-convert cross-chain ETH. Depositing ETH on Polygon or BSC using the same address will result in permanent loss unless recovered via official bridge tools and verified smart contracts.
Receiving ETH via External Exchanges
1. Log into your exchange account (e.g., OKX, Bybit, or KuCoin) and go to the withdrawal section.
2. Select Ethereum (ETH) as the cryptocurrency and choose “Ethereum Mainnet” as the network — avoid options labeled “ERC-20” unless the interface explicitly confirms Ethereum Mainnet compatibility.
3. Paste your SafePal Ethereum address into the recipient field. Double-check every character — especially the leading “0x” and final checksum letters.
4. Enter the amount and review miner fee estimates. SafePal does not control or influence gas pricing; fees are determined by Ethereum network congestion at time of broadcast.
5. Confirm withdrawal using your exchange’s 2FA or signature method. Transactions typically appear in SafePal within 1–3 blocks, depending on current base fee levels.
Security Checks During ETH Receipt
1. Monitor the transaction hash on Etherscan.io after initiating a transfer. Paste the TXID into the explorer to verify confirmations, sender address, and value transferred.
2. SafePal does not notify users via email or SMS about incoming ETH. Any such message is fraudulent and should be discarded immediately.
3. If ETH does not appear after 30 minutes and 12+ confirmations, verify that the transaction was sent to the exact address shown in SafePal’s Receive screen — case sensitivity and trailing spaces matter.
4. Never enter your private key, mnemonic phrase, or hardware wallet PIN in response to prompts during receipt. SafePal never requests these during standard deposit flows.
5. Disable third-party extensions while interacting with SafePal in browser mode. Malicious scripts may overlay fake address fields or intercept clipboard content during copy-paste operations.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can I receive ETH on SafePal using a BNB Smart Chain address? No. ETH is not natively supported on BNB Smart Chain. Attempting to send ETH there will lead to irreversible loss. Only Ethereum Mainnet or compatible rollups like Arbitrum One (with bridged ETH) are valid destinations.
Q2: Why does my SafePal ETH balance show zero after a confirmed transaction on Etherscan? This occurs when the transaction used an incorrect network or when the ETH was sent as a wrapped variant (e.g., WETH) without proper token registration. Manually add WETH using its verified contract address on Ethereum Mainnet.
Q3: Does SafePal support receiving ETH through Lightning Network or other layer-two protocols? No. SafePal does not integrate with Bitcoin-layer protocols or experimental ETH scaling solutions outside of officially supported EVM rollups like Optimism and Arbitrum.
Q4: Is it safe to share my Ethereum address publicly on social media?Yes, the public address itself is designed for sharing. However, doing so may expose your on-chain activity and balance to blockchain analysts. Avoid pairing it with personally identifiable information.
