How to add Qtum Mainnet (QTUM) to MetaMask.
To add Qtum Mainnet (QTUM) to MetaMask, install the extension, create a network with the provided RPC URL, chain ID, and currency symbol, install the QR code scanner extension, and add QTUM as a custom token.

How to Add Qtum Mainnet (QTUM) to MetaMask
Step 1: Install MetaMask
- Download and install the MetaMask extension from the official website or your browser's extension store.
- Create a new wallet or import an existing one. Set a strong password and make sure to write down or store your seed phrase securely.
Step 2: Add Qtum Network
- Open MetaMask and click on the "Networks" tab.
Click on "Custom RPC" and enter the following details:
- Network Name: Qtum Mainnet
- New RPC URL: https://rpc.qtum.info
- Chain ID: 2388
- Currency Symbol: QTUM
- Block Explorer URL (Optional): https://qtum.info/
- Click "Save" and switch to the Qtum Mainnet.
Step 3: Retrieve QR Code Scanner
- Install the MetaMask QR code scanner extension for your browser.
- This extension will facilitate the addition of Qtum to MetaMask using a QR code.
Step 4: Add Custom Token
- In MetaMask, click on the "Add Token" button.
Select "Custom Token" and enter the following details:
- Token Address: 0xb06f879738f835fb61a46706d5789970f2fd1f5b
- Token Symbol: QTUM
- Decimals: 18
- Click "Add Token" to complete the process.
Step 5: Verify Token Addition
- Confirm that QTUM has been successfully added to your wallet by checking the "Assets" tab.
- Your QTUM balance should now be visible in MetaMask.
