1. Issuance

The Financial Intelligence Service (FIS) coins were issued on August 21, 2018, in cooperation with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The coins were minted at the Saint Petersburg Mint and are made of silver.

2. Circulation

The FIS coins are legal tender in Russia and have a face value of 3 rubles. The coins are also available for purchase as collector's items. The maximum mintage of the FIS coins is 3,000 pieces.
