How to Place Orders on Dubai OKX
Step 1: Select a Trading Pair
- Open the OKX app or website.
- Choose the "Markets" tab.
- Find the trading pair you wish to trade, such as BTC/USDT.
Step 2: Open the Order Form
- Click on the trading pair to open the order form.
- You can also create a new order by clicking on the "New Order" button.
Step 3: Enter Order Details
Order Type: Select the type of order you want to place:
- Market Order: Instant execution at the current market price.
- Limit Order: Executing at a specific price or better.
- Stop Order: Executing when the price reaches a predefined trigger point.
- Side: Specify whether you want to buy or sell.
- Amount: Enter the amount you want to trade, either in the base or quote currency.
- Price: For limit orders, specify the price at which you want to buy or sell.
Step 4: Preview and Confirm Order
- Review the order details on the preview screen.
- Ensure the information is correct, including the price, quantity, and side.
- Click on the "Place Order" button to confirm the order.

- Order Status: You can monitor the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of the platform.
- Order Cancellation: Pending orders can be canceled by clicking on the "Cancel Order" button.
- Fees: OKX charges trading fees for each order placed. The fees vary depending on the type of order and the trading pair.
