How to Connect KuCoin to TradingView
Step 1: Create a TradingView Account
If you don't already have one, create a TradingView account at https://www.tradingview.com.
Step 2: Open the KuCoin API
- Log in to your KuCoin account and click on "API Management."
- Create a new API key by clicking "Create" and giving it a descriptive name.
- Enable read and trade permissions for the API key.
- Copy the API key and API secret into a safe place.
Step 3: Connect KuCoin to TradingView
- In TradingView, click on the "Indicators" tab and select "Connect Broker."
- Search for "KuCoin" and choose it from the list.
- Enter your KuCoin API key, API secret, and passphrase.
- Click "Connect."
Step 4: Choose a Chart
- Select the chart you want to connect KuCoin to.
- Click on the wrench icon in the top right corner and select "Indicators & Strategies."
- Add the "KuCoin connection" indicator to the chart.
Step 5: Configure the Indicator
- In the "Settings" tab of the indicator, paste your API key and API secret.
- Select the trading pair you want to trade.
- Choose the type of orders you want to place (limit or market).
- Set the other parameters as desired.
Step 6: Place Orders
- Once the indicator is configured, you can place orders directly from the TradingView chart.
- Click on the "Buy" or "Sell" button below the chart.
- Enter the order details in the pop-up window.
- Click "Place Order" to execute the trade.
