How to Change the Bank Card Binding on Dubai OKX
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
- Visit the Dubai OKX website or mobile app and log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to Account Settings
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click on "Security Settings"
- Under the "Security Settings" tab, scroll down to the "Payment Methods" section.
- Click on "Manage Bank Cards."
Step 4: Remove the Existing Bank Card
- Find the bank card you want to remove and click on the "Unbind" button.
- Confirm the unbinding by entering your OKX account password.
Step 5: Add a New Bank Card
- Click on the "Add Bank Card" button.
- Enter your bank card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
- Select your country and currency from the drop-down menus.
Step 6: Verify Your Bank Card
- Dubai OKX will send a small deposit to your bank account to verify ownership.
- Log in to your bank account and check for the deposit amount.
- Enter the amount in the "Verification Code" field on the OKX website or app.
Step 7: Complete the Binding
- Once the verification is successful, click on the "Confirm" button to complete the binding process.
Note:
- It may take up to 24 hours for the new bank card to be fully activated.
- Dubai OKX may charge a small transaction fee for adding or removing bank cards.
- For security reasons, you may need to go through additional verification steps if you are binding a new bank card to your OKX account.
