2024 BitMEX Registration and Identity Authentication Tutorial

Step 1: Visit BitMEX Official Website

Navigate to https://www.bitmex.com/ and click "Sign Up" in the top right corner.

Step 2: Create a New Account

Enter your email address, create a strong password, and select your country of residence. Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Step 3: Verify Your Email Address

Open the email from BitMEX and click on the verification link. This will redirect you back to the BitMEX website.

Step 4: Complete Personal Information

Provide your full name, date of birth, gender, and phone number. Ensure the information is accurate as it will be used for identity verification.

Step 5: Upload Proof of Identity

Select your country of residence and choose the type of identity document (Passport or Driver's License). Upload a clear and recent image of your ID that shows your full name, photo, and date of issue.

Step 6: Submit Proof of Address

Upload a document that verifies your current address. This can be a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence.

Step 7: Complete Identity Verification Selfie

Take a live photo of yourself holding your identity document. Ensure your face and the document are clearly visible.

Step 8: Submit Application

Step 9: Account Approval

BitMEX will review your application and conduct further checks as necessary. Once approved, you will receive an email notification.

Step 10: Deposit and Trade
