How to Add On-Chain to OKX
Step 1: Register for an OKX Account
Visit the OKX website (www.okx.com) and click "Sign Up." Enter your email address and create a password. Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to validate your identity.
Step 2: Verify Your Identity
Submit your personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and ID card (passport or driver's license). OKX will review your documents and verify your identity. This process may take several days.
Step 3: Add On-Chain
Once your account is verified, hover over "Assets" on the top menu bar and select "Deposit." Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit from the dropdown list. In the "Address" field, you will find the on-chain deposit address for your selected cryptocurrency.
Step 4: Initiate Withdrawal from External Wallet
Log in to your external cryptocurrency wallet and initiate a withdrawal. Enter the on-chain deposit address you obtained from OKX in the "Recipient Address" field. Specify the amount of cryptocurrency you want to transfer and the preferred blockchain network.
Step 5: Confirm the Transaction
Once you have initiated the withdrawal, your external wallet will ask for confirmation. Review the details of the transaction carefully before confirming it.
Step 6: Wait for Deposit Confirmation
The deposit may take several minutes or hours to process, depending on the blockchain network and the number of confirmations required. You can track the status of your deposit in the "Deposit History" tab.
Additional Information:
- On-chain deposits typically require a minimum number of network confirmations before they are credited to your OKX account.
- Withdrawal fees and minimum withdrawal amounts vary depending on the cryptocurrency and the blockchain network used.
- If you encounter any issues during the on-chain deposit process, contact OKX customer support for assistance.
