OKX Futures how to enable one-click trading? (Interface Settings)

To use OKX’s One-Click Trading, enable it in Futures Settings, configure size/order type/shortcuts, and verify execution via order history and position summary.

Mar 16, 2026 at 07:39 am

Accessing the Futures Trading Interface

1. Log into your OKX account via web or mobile application using verified credentials.

2. Navigate to the Derivatives section from the main navigation bar, then select Futures.

3. Choose the desired contract type — either USDT-Margined or Coin-Margined — based on your trading preference and asset holdings.

4. Ensure your account has sufficient margin balance and meets KYC requirements for derivatives trading.

5. Confirm that your trading mode is set to Single-Asset Mode or Multi-Asset Mode, depending on portfolio structure and risk tolerance.

Locating One-Click Trading Toggle

1. Within the Futures trading interface, locate the gear icon labeled Settings in the upper-right corner of the order entry panel.

2. Click the icon to open the Trading Interface Settings modal window.

3. Scroll down to the Order Entry subsection where advanced execution options are grouped.

4. Find the toggle switch labeled Enable One-Click Trading and activate it.

5. A confirmation dialog may appear warning about execution speed and lack of manual price input — acknowledge it to proceed.

Configuring One-Click Parameters

1. After enabling the feature, click Edit Parameters next to the One-Click Trading label.

2. Define the default order size in base asset units or as a percentage of available margin — values must comply with exchange minimums and position limits.

3. Select the order type: Market, Limit, or Stop Market. Limit orders require specifying a default offset from last price.

4. Assign keyboard shortcuts — for example, pressing F1 for long market entry and F2 for short market exit — directly mapped to active contract pairs.

5. Enable or disable Post-Only Mode for limit orders to prevent unintended taker fees during rapid market shifts.

Verifying Execution Behavior

1. Return to the main trading chart and observe the order entry panel — a new row of brightly colored action buttons appears below the price ladder.

2. Hover over the Buy or Sell button to see tooltip details including size, order type, and estimated fee impact.

3. Execute a test order using the one-click button while monitoring the Order History tab for real-time status updates.

4. Check the Position Summary panel to confirm leverage, entry price, and liquidation threshold reflect expected values.

5. Observe depth chart reactions — rapid fills should align with current top-of-book liquidity without noticeable slippage under normal volatility conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does one-click trading support conditional orders like trailing stops?A: No. One-click functionality only supports immediate execution types — market, limit, stop market, and take profit/stop loss triggers configured separately in the position management panel.

Q: Can I use one-click trading across multiple futures contracts simultaneously?A: Yes. Each contract pair maintains independent one-click settings, but keyboard shortcuts are global and apply only to the currently selected instrument.

Q: Is there a way to disable one-click trading temporarily without resetting all parameters?A: Yes. Toggle the master switch off in Interface Settings — all configurations remain saved and reload automatically upon re-enabling.

Q: Why does my one-click buy order execute at a different price than the displayed last trade?A: Market orders fill at prevailing bid/ask levels. Price divergence occurs when order size exceeds top-level liquidity or during rapid price movement between UI refresh cycles.
