The report also noted that Sun’s company Tron was “growing in popularity among illicit actors,” citing a private 2023 report from the U.S. Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.

Blumenthal had quoted an X post from Sun that included a video edit of his arrival at the dinner.
