Solana storage scaling solution Xandeum has unveiled details of its upcoming token launch and storage-enabled liquid staking program. The XAND token will launch on October 29 at 16:00 UTC, giving the Xandeum community a way to participate in the network and earn rewards.

The XAND token and LST launch will also see the first Xandeum airdrop, with 60M tokens being distributed to eligible users on October 29. Several centralized and decentralized exchanges will support the XAND token launch, including Raydium and MEXC.

Scalable Smart Contract Native Storage Layer from Xandeum is designed to integrate directly into Solana RPC nodes. A network of decentralized pNodes (storage provider nodes) overseen by Xandeum-aware Solana validator nodes will handle data storage. This will allow Solana dapps to access virtually unlimited storage, which can be queried rapidly and maintains a high degree of decentralization.
