I’m Nice Now, set to drop October 3rd, isn't about mellowing out. According to vocalist KT, it’s about protecting your sanity. "Forgotten Token" is a visceral response to the loss of KT's sister. The track grapples with grief and the dehumanization of individuals, amplified by scenes of gentrification and intimate family cameos in the video.
